When a document is requested, an image is sent back in TIFF format. Internet Explorer, unfortunately, does not handle TIFF files by default. Therefore, a TIFF viewer plugin is required, AlternaTIFF is recommended. (Click here to download: http://www.alternatiff.com/install/). If AlternaTIFF is already installed, and the images are still not displaying properly, click here to reinstall AlternaTIFF (Click 'Yes' when asked to reconfigure Internet Explorer settings). |

Norton Personal Firewall, and/or Norton Internet Security can block images from being viewed. To resolve this, a rule will need to be created to allow images to be displayed. Click Symantec's Support Page and follow the instructions. Note: The site/domain field must be image.sirva.com. |

AlternaTIFF does not work properly when using Internet Explorer 5.0. If you are running Windows 98, ME, 2000, or XP, upgrade to Internet Explorer 6.0 by going to: http://www.microsoft.com/ie/ and download Internet Explorer 6.0, Service Pack 1. |
