If you are having trouble viewing images, please download this upgrade from Microsoft at: http://www.microsoft.com/ie/. ALTERNATIFF Document retrieval enables users to view documents scanned into the imaging system. The AlternaTIFF viewer is the recommended viewer and must be downloaded, installed, and registered successfully in order to view documents; click here to begin the download process, www.alternatiff.com. The AlternaTIFF application is a free download from the Internet. If you already have AlternaTIFF installed, it is not necessary to reinstall the application.
