Batch Status Reports
The Batch Reports screen gives you access to two batch reports with information from the last 15 days:
  • The Batch Status Report displays the status of the batch:
    • Job Done — Batch was successfully uploaded
    • Pending — waiting for Upload/Send to be clicked
    • Hold — system found a problem with the batch
    • Aborted — system found a problem with the batch
    • Running — batch is still running

  • The Batches Available to View Report displays the date the batch was available for you to view.

When to call for help:
  • If the batch status is Hold or Aborted, please contact Business Systems Support, 800-999-5917, option 2 to troubleshoot the batch.
  • If the batch status is Pending or Running for more than 24 hours, please contact Business Systems Support, 800-999-5917, option 2 to troubleshoot the batch.
